This traditional spicy chicken sausage has so many uses. It can be used in pasta sauces, tacos, sandwiches, and other dishes. Roasted cauliflower and eggplant pair well with it as well. Although the spices should be more than flavorful, you can add a pinch of salt if you're not currently on a training programme.
Blanch the sausage in hot water(80 celcius) for about 7 minutes.
Then, cook the sausage on the mediu high heat pan, for about 4 minutes per side.
Rest the sausage for a while and ready to be enjoy!
